Honda Joy Club is a program run by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and is managed by M/s Color Palette Pvt. Ltd. (“Akkado”). Akkado, on behalf of HMSI, manages the overall development, maintenance and smooth administration of program including the application. Akkado’s responsibility is limited to its agreement with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

The terms and conditions cover limitations and exclusions on the liability of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., and associate partners of Honda Joy Club Program.

Definitions:
  • “Akkado” means Color Palette Pvt. Ltd. a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 is responsible for running program operations on behalf of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
  • "Honda Joy Club Members” mean registered customers who have voluntarily enrolled in the Honda Joy Club customer loyalty program.
  • "Honda Currency" refers to the credit of virtual currency in lieu of points earned by the members of Honda Joy Club.
  • "Honda Joy Club Membership Account/ Honda Joy Club Membership" means the account where the registered member's Honda Currency will be accumulated.
  • “Honda Two Wheeler Network” refers to the registered Honda dealership and service station.
  • "Honda Joy Club Alliances" mean any or all of the present or future entities, partners, shops, departmental stores, airlines, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies and other participating establishments in the program whether with online or offline presence, in agreement with Akkado, where members can utilize Honda currency for availing benefits and services.
  • "Rewards" refers to the section where members of Honda Joy Club can utilize their earned Honda Currency against Services offered by Partner Alliances.
  • "Redemption" refers to transactions, which results in utilization of earned Honda Currency by the registered members of Honda Joy Club.
  • “Dealer” shall mean the persons engaged in providing the sales and service support to Customers at the Authorized Honda Dealership.
  • "Working Days” means any day other than Saturday and Sunday or gazette Public Holiday.
General Conditions:
  • “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” reserves the right to modify Program Terms and Conditions and any change mentioned is effective immediately on posting of the altered Terms and Conditions on www.hondajoyclub.com.
  • Honda Joy Club membership is valid for a period of 3 years (36 Months).
  • Honda Joy Club Membership cannot be transferred, unless specified in these terms and conditions.
  • Honda Currency earned by the registered members are non-negotiable, non-redeemable vide cash and cannot be further gifted, awarded or rewarded to any person other than the registered Honda Joy Club Member himself.
  • Honda Joy Club Members are solely responsible for bearing any extra costs, taxes, additional charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from provision or availability of benefits, facilities or arrangements directly availed for benefits and services given by Partner Alliances. “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” would not be liable for any loss or damage, whether Direct or Indirect, arising from the provision or non-provision whether whole or part, of any such services, benefits, facilities or any other arrangements availed by Honda Joy Club registered Members.
  • The defined Program Terms of Honda Joy Club can be modified at the sole discretion of “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” without intimation to the Honda Joy Club Member.
  • “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” would not be liable to operate in Force Majeure situations or for any other reasons beyond Human control.
  • In case of any change in the contact information (mobile number/ email id/ address) of a Honda Joy Club member from what has been used at the time of registration, the member must update the respective contact details with Program Centre immediately either through the Honda Joy Club website, Program App, Helpdesk to avoid misuse of Honda Currency.
  • “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” would not be liable for loss of Honda Currency or other relevant damages incurred by the member, in case the necessary details are not updated with Program Centre on time.
  • Any Honda Currency dispute older than 60 Days from the date of transaction will not be considered valid. The Honda Joy Club Member must provide proof of transaction as required to register the complaint.
Enrolment and Program Registration:
  • Membership of Honda Joy Club Program is limited to any two wheeler vehicle manufactured by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
  • It is the responsibility of registered Members to share accurate communication details with Honda Joy Club Program Centre at the time of enrolling in the Program.
  • Honda Joy Club Member can register more than 1 Vehicle under a single Registered Loyalty ID.
  • The Loyalty membership can be used only at the Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. authorized network.
Honda Joy Club Membership Usage:
  • Registered Members of Honda Joy Club grants his/her consents to Program Centre for creation, storage, maintenance and updations of the Member’s data. Such data shall include membership data (like name,address, telephone number, mobile number, DOB, Interests, preferences etc. as provided by the Honda Joy Club Member), usage data (including without limitation, transactions and Honda Currency Accrual and Redemption and data concerning contacts with Honda Joy Club.The Terms and Conditions contain binding legal obligations to which program member shall be bound upon availing subscription and/or usage of the program. The access or use of this Program / App / Website is expressly subject to unconditional acceptance of these Program / App / Website Use
  • Terms and Conditions by the member, and any access or use of any portion of the Program / App / Website constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the Terms and Conditions Member registration allows “Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” to access their profile and other related information which shall only be used to enhance your experience through data analysis, market research and operation or business analysis. However, no information which can specifically identify the customer including sensitive personal information will be disclosed, shared or transferred with any third party except as may be required under law or on a request from law enforcement or governmental agency.
  • "Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd." and Akkado can use mobile number / email provided by the member, during registration, for communicating any information related but not limited to Honda Joy Club, product launches, other administrative and marketing purposes.
  • If any Honda Joy Club Member loses the printed version of Welcome Kit along with Voucher Codes the same should be reported immediately at Program Helpdesk 18005322555 or by dropping an email at [email protected]
  • "Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd." and "Akkado" shall not be liable for any losses incurred by misuse of such kits or voucher codes.
  • The Terms and Conditions contain binding legal obligations to which program member shall be bound upon availing subscription and/or usage of the program. The access or use of this Program / App / Website is expressly subject to unconditional acceptance of these Program / App / Website Use
  • Terms and Conditions by the member, and any access or use of any portion of the Program / App / Website constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the Use Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the Program / App / Website Use Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use any portion of this Program / App / Website.
  • While registering through App with Facebook / Gmail account, member is allowing Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and Akkado to access their profile and other related information which shall only be used to enhance your experience through data analysis, market research and operation or business analysis.
  • "Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd." and Akkado can use mobile number / email provided by the member, during registration, for communicating any information related but not limited to Honda Joy Club, product launches, other administrative and marketing purposes.
Earning and Redeeming Honda Currency:
  • Honda Joy Club Members can earn Honda Currency through transactions made at Authorized Honda Two -Wheeler Network.
  • Honda Joy Club Members will also be awarded Honda Currency for non-transactional activities. Bonus currency would be communicated through www.hondajoyclub.com or through any other means of communication.
  • Honda Currency awarded may vary within different Honda Joy Club Partners depending on the arrangement with the Honda Joy Club Partner. Details of all Honda Currency will be communicated to the Honda Joy Club.
  • Members through www.hondajoyclub.com or through any other means of communication as decided from time to time.
  • To accrue Honda Currency, a Honda Joy Club Member must declare his Loyalty ID at the time of completing the Earn Activity. If a Honda Joy Club Member fails to declare his Loyalty ID or registered mobile number when visiting or on availing such services, this may result in the applicable Honda Currency not being accrued by the Honda Joy Club Member and in such instance Honda Joy Club or the Honda Joy Club Partner shall not be responsible in this regard.
  • The method of earning Honda Currency from Honda Joy Club Partners is subject to change from time to time.
  • Such changes will be communicated through www.hondajoyclub.com and through any other means of communication as decided by "Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd." and "Akkado" from time to time.
  • Alliance Partners may change any of the terms and conditions of their business at any time without notice to the Honda Joy Club Member. Honda Joy Club has no liability for the acts and omissions of the Alliance Partners.
  • Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. is authorized to debit the account of Honda Joy Club member for any earning, if credited incorrectly earlier, and would accordingly inform the Honda Joy Club member later.Honda Currency earned by the Honda Joy Club member would remain valid till 42 months from the date of enrollment by the Honda Joy Club member. Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. shall have a right to use the Honda currency that are not used by the Honda Joy Club member within this period from the date of allocation of such Honda Currency and such reward points shall be deemed to have lapsed as far as their use by such a Honda Joy Club member is concerned. After this period the Honda Currency and their equivalent Rupee value would become the property of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. and Honda Joy Club member shall have no right to claim any benefit under the same.
  • Honda Currency can either be redeemed at the Rewards Page in the Program App/Website for utilization against services at Authorized Honda 2 Wheeler Network or at relevant Honda Joy Club Alliance Partners, subject to the Member providing the required credentials (i.e. Honda Joy Club Member information).
  • Honda Joy Club Rewards Page is available at www.hondajoyclub.com (Honda Joy Club web-site/Mobile App) and captures the products and services which are available as Honda Joy Club Rewards against Honda Currency accumulated by a Honda Joy Club Member.
  • Honda Currency has no monetary refund value.
  • All Products/Services offered as Rewards are sourced from Alliance Partners of Honda Joy Club Program and Authorized Honda Two-Wheeler Network. “Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” and “Akkado” do not provide any warranty and would make no representation to the quality of goods & services as would be provided by Honda Joy Club Program partners and will not be responsible if the goods / services are defective /unsatisfactory in any way.
  • In case of failure to redeem, where Honda Currency has been deducted, the same will be reversed within 72 working hours post validation.
  • Customers are advised to refer to vouchers terms & conditions before utilizing any voucher.
Honda Joy Club Program Related Communication:
  • Honda Joy Club Members can call the 'Program Helpdesk' or write an email to [email protected] for obtaining a summary of their recent transaction and obtaining their Honda Currency Balance.
  • Any notice, information, intimation, change, modification, alteration of the Honda Joy Club Rewards Page posted on the Program Website would be deemed informed to all members.

Alliance Partner Terms & Conditions:

  • Airtel Payments Bank has entered into an MOU with “Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” To participate in the Honda Joy Club program.
  • The offer is available only for Airtel Payments Bank (APBL) customers : a) wallet customers, b) savings account customers
  • Honda customers can become Airtel Payments Bank customer by completing e-KYC at airtel payments bank’s banking point at Honda dealership or outside as applicable.

  • Mobikwik will offer 200 SuperCash points for payment through Mobikwik if a Mobkwik customer makes payment of >=299+GST on Honda Joy Club App or Web.
  • SuperCash is a way of ensuring that customer gets a discount on each transaction. SuperCash works on the same lines as cashback, only difference being it automatically gives 10% discount on every transaction (except the Recharge and Bill payments category).

  • Yatra has entered into an MOU with “Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.” To participate in the Honda Joy Club program.
  • This offer is valid only on the online confirmed domestic flights, international flights, homestays and activities bookings made through Yatra App.
  • The offer will be applicable once per product only. One time on domestic flight, one time for international flight, one time for homestays and one time for activities booking.
  • The offer will be valid till 30th April, 2018.
  • The homestay offer is applicable only on select homestays.
  • The minimum transaction amount in order to avail the domestic flight is 4,500, for international flight is 30,000 and for activities is 5,000.There is no minimum booking amount required for homestays booking.
  • On mobile app, the offer is valid on Android and iOS based devices only.

  • HMSI customers can download Urban Greens APP and get 10% discount on any SKU purchased through a special Promo Code.

Terms and Conditions (Urban Greens)

  • Products & pricing: All products listed on the website (www.ikug.in) & mobile app (IFFCO Kisan Urban Greens), their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time. The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the respective products.
  • Other Policy: Since Plants arrangements are from natural source, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of plants is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
  • Return Policy: In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • Has missing parts or accessories
  • Is different from what was ordered
  • Note: All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
Tata Sky
  • Tata Sky does not engage in direct retail activities. Payment gateway on the Tata Sky website is being provided by BillDesk (India Ideas.com) using the Citibank payment gateway and on the Tata Sky helpline is being provided by Atom Technologies Limited using the ICICI Bank and HDFC bank payment gateway. Delivery of the Tata Sky is being done by Tata Sky authorized distributor and annual pack subscription charges are being collected by Tata Sky.
  • Delivery shall be made within 5-7 working days. For Tata Sky UHD 4K connections, delivery and installations could take up to 2 weeks or more. Tata Sky is not liable for any delayed deliveries. All offers availed over a weekend will be executed on Monday and will follow the delivery norms as stated above.
  • Cardholder must verify the contents of the package before accepting delivery. After verification, the Cardholder must sign the Work Order.
  • Cancellation and refund of transaction(s) will be resolved on a case to case basis. Cardholder must allow for 10 working days in case of a refund. This is required for delivery/non delivery verifications.

  • The success and failure of a card transaction is at the sole discretion of the card issuing bank. Tata Sky assumes no responsibility for any dispute arising therefrom.

You agree to not make Tata Sky a party to any such dispute. Tata Sky shall not be liable to you/ cardholder for any consequence arising out of any fraudulent or disputed transactions.
  • Tata Sky reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this purchase facility or to withdraw it completely.
  • By making a purchase over the Tata Sky helpline or website, you hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Tata Sky and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of its respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from your or any third party’s use (or misuse) of the purchase facility available over the Tata Sky helpline/website.

  • 1MG website/App is a platform that can be used by the Users to purchase various drugs and pharmaceutical products that requires a valid medical prescription issued by a medical expert/ doctor to be provided to a registered pharmacist for the purpose of dispensing such medicine (“Prescription Drugs”), offered for sale on the Website by Third Party Pharmacies. In order to purchase Prescription Drugs from Third Party Pharmacies through the Website, customer is required to upload a scanned copy of the valid prescription on the Website or email the same to 1mg. The order would not be processed and forwarded to the concerned Third Party Pharmacy(s) by 1mg until it receives a copy of a valid prescription. Third Party Pharmacies will verify the prescription forwarded by customer and in case of Third Party Pharmacy(s) observe any discrepancy in the prescription uploaded by customer, the Third Party Pharmacy(s) will cancel the order immediately. Customer is also required to make the original prescription available at the time of receipt of delivery of Prescription Drugs. You shall allow the delivery agent to stamp the original prescription at the time of medicine delivery failing which medicines will not be delivered.

  • For any card related claims/issues, the customer shall approach their respective "Issuing Bank". Goibibo shall not entertain any such claims where the card wasn't accepted or the card was showing invalid
  • The Customer shall not be entitled for discount in the event of cancellation of booking. If the Customer cancels the ticket, Goibibo will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Customer has paid INR. 10,000/- (price quoted by Goibibo) for a travel service and a discount of INR. 600 has been given to the Customer, the net amount paid by the Customer is INR. 9,400. Thus, if the Customer cancels the booking, Goibibo will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty as applicable from INR. 9,400/- and the balance amount will be credited to the Customer's account
  • In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other applicable rescheduling fees
  • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at Goibibo website shall apply
  • Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Goibibo reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. For such cases, Goibibo will not refund the booking amount
  • Customer needs to enter the appropriate Deal Code at the time of payment to be eligible for the cashback/instant discount offer, as applicable. In case the customer enters the incorrect deal code or forgets to mention the code, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback /instant discount
  • Goibibo will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the Customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer
  • Goibibo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
  • In no event, the entire liability of Goibibo to a Customer, entitled under the said Offer, for any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the discount amount
  • The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only
  • Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Goibibo
  • The Offer is valid only if the Customer's card account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach the respective bank before the payment due date
  • If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Goibibo in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Goibibo, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Goibibo shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences
  • All of Goibibo's actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only
  • The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein
  • Offer is not applicable to travel agents. If found, then Goibibo reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the amount after adjusting the cancellation charges
  • In case of no show, no refund would be applicable
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotional discount or exchanged in cash
